Fougere & Associates Incorporated has been in practice since 1983 and is located in Winchester, Massachusetts. We are members of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants. We provide professional services to closely held companies in varied industries as well as to individuals. Our firm offers a full range of accounting, tax, audit and business consulting services including audits and reviews of financial statements, tax planning and preparation, business growth, continuation and transition planning, business appraisals, consulting on accounting systems and personal financial planning.

The firm has received unqualified opinions in all of its required AICPA Quality Reviews.

Shareholders:

Richard J. Fougere, C.P.A., graduated Magna Cum Laude from the School of Management of Boston College in 1971 and became a licensed C.P.A. in 1974. Richard has over 30 years of experience in business, financial, tax and retirement planning matters for both businesses and individuals. Richard has served as a member of the advisory committee to the New England Division of the PGA and as treasurer and president of the Winchester Country Club. He is currently a trustee at Belmont Savings Bank. In addition he is a member of the American Institute of Certfied Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Corinne Capraro, C.P.A., graduated from the School of Management of Boston College in 1979 and became a licensed C.P.A. in 1983. As well as providing business consulting services Corinne manages the firm's audit and review services. She has served as an officer and director of the Boston Chapter of the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) and an associate member of the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA). In addition, Corinne is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Carol A. Latorre, C.P.A., M.S.T., graduated from Northeastern University in 1984 with Highest Honors and became a licensed C.P.A. in 1988. She also earned a Masters Degree in Taxation from Bentley College in 1994. Carol's concentration is in the area of taxation. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants where she is a member of the Pro-fx Tax Committee. In 2003 Carol was elected to the Waltham High School Athletic Hall of Fame.

Robert J. Zirkel, Jr., C.P.A. - Rob's concentration is in the area of accounting and auditing. Rob is a 1990 Cum Laude graduate from the School Of Management at the University of Massachusetts in Amherst. He became a licensed C.P.A. in 1993. Rob is an associate member of Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA), a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Theresa M. Buggy, C.P.A., graduated Cum Laude from the School of Management at the University of Massachusetts in 1988 and became a licensed C.P.A. in 1991. Her work is performed mainly in the area of accounting and auditing. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Diane M. Amato, C.P.A., graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Massachusetts in Lowell in 1988 and became a licensed C.P.A. in 1991. Diane works mainly in the area of business and individual taxation.

Margaret Moran - Peggy has been with the firm since 1985. In addition to functioning as office manager she handles bookkeeping/write-up services, payroll and payroll tax return processing for many of our clients. Peggy is also involved with accounting software selection and implementation.

Joanne M. Atkinson - Joanne joined the firm in 1988. As an administrative assistant for the firm accounting, auditing and tax services, she is directly involved in production and quality control. In addition, Joanne is involved in write-up services for many of our clients.

Jeannine Agresti - Jeannine joined Fougere & Associates, Inc. in 2002. She provides services as both an administrative assistant and a receptionist for the firm.
